How to install downloaded applications in Windows Phone 8 1 Store

With the arrival of Windows Phone 8, I get a method by which we could install applications on our phone from SD card.

Thus, we could save the download application using mobile and space involved in the memory of the phone during installation.

But only apps downloaded from the Windows Phone Store, and maintaining connection to the store because it was checking if we had permission to install it.

Yes, all holders of a terminal that does not have SD card, could not make that method.

With Windows Phone 8.1 , the possibilities have increased and it is now possible:

Install applications on SD card through our terminal to save space on the phone memory.
Move installed to SD card or SD card applications being able to free up the phone and installed applications.

But can we still install downloaded from Windows Phone Store applications? Well the answer is yes, and that point has also improved. Now not only the owners of an SD card terminal can perform the installation , but also those with only internal storage.

To do this, simply copy the downloaded file to the root of the phone or the root directory of the SD card.

Once youve copied the file, well go to the Windows Phone Store.

Click on options and see an option that had previously not now appears to install local applications. If we click on it we get a list of applications and is compatible and can install it we can select.

It is a good method if we unloaded a heavy application as it can be a game in hand even gigas and we have to install it on multiple terminals. Now available even without SD card terminals. Of course, we can only install applications we can install from the store itself .

How to Install N7505LUBUANB1 Android 4 3 Jelly Bean Firmware

Install Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Official Firmware on Galaxy Note 3 Neo N7505L through Odin:

Download Android 4.3 UBUANB1 Firmware for Galaxy Note 3 Neo N7505L from the above list
Download Odin 3.09
Switch off your phone and boot Galaxy Note 3 Neo N7505L into Download Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Down+Home+Power buttons (long press until the boot Lcd appear), now press Volume Up key to proceed to Download Mode.
Extract the downloaded Odin3.09 zip file and run the Odin3 v3.09.exe file as an administrator (Right click on the .exe file and click on Run as administrator)
Now connect your Galaxy Note 3 Neo N7505L to your computer via USB cable
In Odin3 Lcd, you should see a COM Port number like “0:[COM7]” at ID:COM section and “Added!” text at the message box. This means your device has been detected by Odin3.
Make sure that, only the “Auto Reboot” and “F. Reset Time” options are checked.
Now, extract the downloaded firmware zip file, you’ll find a firmware file with extension .tar.md5
In Odin Lcd, click on AP button and select the firmware file with .tar.md5 extension (The firmware file look something like: N7505LXXDLJ5_N7505LODDDLI7_INU.tar.md5)
Now, click on the Start button to begin the installation process, wait few moments.
Once completed, you would see “PASS!” message in ID:COM port having green background
Your phone should automatically reboot after completion
You can now disconnect your phone from computer

Install I9300XXUGML3 Official Firmware on Galaxy S3 to Android 4 3 Guide

A new firmware is now available for global variant of Galaxy S3 devices; it is about of the new Android 4.3 I9300XXUGML3 Official Firmware.

The new firmware has been released as an OTA (Over-The-Air) update and trough Samsung KIES application (servers) in several regions and countries including Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand.

The new update is based on Android 4.3 platform, and its build date is on Dec 26, 2013. Its specifications include PDA: I9300XXUGML3, MODEM: I9300DXUGMK1 and MODEM: I9300DXUGMK1. In Additional, the new update can be flashed on any unlocked Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 devices by using a manually step by step guide. That’s why we will provide you a step by step guide where you’ll teach how easily install the new Android 4.3 I9300XXUGML3 official firmware on Galaxy S3 device.

The Galaxy S3 device should be factory unlocked, not locked in any specific carrier.
Ensure that the device’s battery has more than 85 % power left.
The new official Android 4.3 (I9300XXUGML3) firmware is fully compatible with all Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 devices only. Do not use this firmware in any other incorrect versions of Android devices as it may damage or brick your device.
To be sure about the device model verify this by navigating to Settings>>About Phone.

How to update Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android 4.3 I9300XXUGML3 Jelly Bean Firmware:

Download Android 4.3 XXUGML3 JB Firmware for Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 device.
Download ODIN application from here.
Now, extract the downloaded Android 4.3 JB firmware to obtain a .tar.md5 file and some other additional files.
Now, extract the ODIN archive to get ODIN3 v3.07.exe and some other files.
Turn off the Samsung Galaxy S3 device.
Boot it into Download Mode. (Press and keep holding the Volume Down, Home and Power buttons in the same time until an Android icon with together with a warning triangle will be displayed on the screen and then press once again the Volume UP button).
Open the ODIN application on PC as an Administrator.
Now, by using the USB cable with the device in Download Mode connect the Samsung Galaxy S3 device.
When the ODIN application detects the S3 device a “Added” message will appear on the display and the ID:COM box with the COM port number will turn light blue. If the “Added” message fails to be displayed try to reinstall once again the USB drivers.
Now, load the extracted files in ODIN application from the extractedI9300XXUGML3 firmware folder:
- · From ODIN tap on PDA button and from there select the .tar.md5 file.
- · From ODIN, tap PDA button and select the .tar.md5 file.
- · From ODIN select the CSC button and chose the file named CSC.
- · From ODIN click PIT button and select the file with the .pit extension.
· Note: if the MODEM, CSC and .pit files are not found you should ignore these steps.
In ODIN application select Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time options. The Re-Partition option must rest checked only if you have a .pit file in the previous steps.
Now, verify once again all the steps to be done correctly.
Press on START button in ODIN to start the flashing process.
Once the new official firmware is completely installed a “PASS” message with a green color on the background will be displayed in the left top of ODIN application.
After that the Samsung Galaxy S3 device will get an automatically reboot to the Home screen.
Disconnect the USB cable from the PC.
These were all the steps in order to install the new official Android 4.3 I9300XXUGML3 JB firmware.
Verify the OS version from Settings>About Phone.

Troubleshooting:

If the Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 device is stuck on the first boot animation you need to:

Boot the device into Recovery Mode by pressing and keep holding the Volume UP and Power buttons in the same times.

From the Recovery Mode perform Wipe data/Factory Reset and Wipe Cache Partition operations.

Return to the main menu of the Recovery Mode and choose Reboot System Now option.

Note: Into Recovery Mode menu you need to use the Volume Keys to navigate between its options and the Power key to select the options that you want to use.

Important: the data wipe task will erase your entire device’s internal memory but not external SD card data. So by knowing that, you need to ensure that you get a full backup for all your critical data.

Pre-requisites

Step 4: Boot the device into Download Mode by pressing and holding Volume Down, Home and Power buttons together until a construction Android robot icon with a warning triangle appears on Lcd. Now press the Volume Up button to enter Download Mode.
Step 5: Run Odin on the computer as an Administrator.
Step 6: Connect the Galaxy S Duos 2 to the computer using USB cable while it is in the Download Mode. Wait until Odin detects the device. When the device is connected successfully, the ID: COM box will turn to light blue with the COM port number. Additionally, the successful connected will be indicated by a message saying Added.
Step 7: Select the following files in Odin from extracted S7582DDUANC1 firmware folder:

Click the PDA button and select the .tar.md5 file.
Click the Phone button and select file with MODEM in its name. Ignore if there is no such file.
Click the CSC button and select file with CSC in its name. Ignore if there is no such file.
Click the PIT button and select the .pit file. Ignore if there is no such file.

Step 8: In Odin, enable Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checkboxes. Also, ensure the Re-Partition checkbox is chosen only if a .pit file was chosen in the previous step.
Step 9: Verify everything suggested in Step 7 and Step 8 is done correctly. Then hit the Start button to begin the installation process.
Step 10: Once the installation process completes, your phone will restart and soon you will see a PASS message with green background in the left-most box at the very top of the Odin. You can now unplug the USB cable to disconnect your device from the computer.
Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582 should be now updated with Android 4.2.2 DDUANC1 Jelly Bean official firmware. Head over to Settings >> About Phone to verify the software version running on the device.
Note: If Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582 stuck at booting animation after Step 10 then go to recovery mode (press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons together) and perform Wipe data/Factory Reset and Wipe Cache Partition task before selecting reboot system now function. In recovery mode use Volume keys to navigate between options and Power key to select the option. How to Easily Root Android 4 4 1 on Nexus 10 KOT49E KitKat and Install CWM TWRP Recovery

Hi friends welcome to this humble blog, well this time I, as the operator will take you to a reading that would be useful for Klian natinya, just go ahead. Google Nexus 10 recently started to update Android 4.4.1 OTA Kitkat with the latest version of the build KOT49E.

Note: You can manually download the OTA for Nexus 10 directly from Google Server Update and follow the step-by-step guide to install the update manually.

Nexus 10 users who have updated their devices with Android 4.4.1 KOT49E KitKat, can root their devices using the tutorial below.

How To Root Nexsus 10 KOT49E

Pre-requisites

1. Make a backup of all your important data before the follow-up guide.

2. Enable USB Debugging mode on the tablet. Go to Settings >> About Phone. Press the Build number several times until the message shows "You are now a Developer". Out of the "About Phone" and find "Developer Options" setting. Enable USB debugging.

3. The Nexus 10 bootloader must be unlocked.

4. Make sure the battery is charged more than 80 tablets per cent.

5. The CWM / TWRP Recovery and SuperSU files are only compatible with the Nexus 10. Applying this to every one variant that will brick the device. Verify the model number of the Nexus 10 by navigating to Settings >> About Phone.

1. Android SDK
2. Fastboot
3. CWM or TWRP Recovery
4. SuperSU (UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.75.zip) or the latest version

Steps to Root Nexus 10 Running on Android 4.4.1 KOT49E KitKat and Install CWM/TWRP Recovery

Step 1: Install the Android SDK. The package includes the necessary drivers for connecting your tablet to the computer, which is mandatory for the rooting process.
Step 2: Extract the Fastboot .zip file using winrar/7zip/winzip or any other extracting tool and copy it to the android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory on the computer.
Step 4: Copy the CWM or TWRP .img file to the android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory on the computer.
Step 5: Connect the Nexus 10 to the computer using USB cable. Then copy the SuperSU .zip file to the SD card of your tablet.
Step 6: Switch off the Nexus 10. Then boot the device into fastboot mode by pressing and holding Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power buttons together.
Step 7: Navigate to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory and open Command Prompt (Shift + Right-click >> Open Command Prompt). Then run the following command:

fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.4.3-manta.img

Step 8: Once completed, choose RECOVERY from the Fastboot menu and enter Recovery Mode.
Step 9: In CWM Recovery, select "install zip from sdcard" and then select "choose zip from sdcard". Now, navigate to the SuperSU .zip file that you copied earlier and confirm the installation by selecting Yes.
Step 10: Once the installation process completes, return to main recovery menu and select "reboot system now".

Nexus 10 runs on Android 4.4.1 KOT49E KitKat is now rooted successfully. Open the app drawer from the Nexus 10 and looking for an application called SuperSU. Verify the status of the root device by downloading the Root Checker app from Google Play Store.

Continue reading this guide to know how to install Android 4.4.2 KitKat based PAC-man custom ROM on AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577.
PAC-man comes with various useful customization. Since, PAC-man is based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, you may like to know whats new on it. Some of the cool Android 4.4.2 KitKat features that you will enjoy is Screen Recording, Tap to Pay (Google Wallet for everyone), NFC emulation for non nfc devices, 14% less memory usage, cloud printing from Gallery, Google Home is the new Launcher, Core System Processes Trimmed, apps are efficient and responsive on all devices, the all new procstats tool details memory use, Full-screen Immersive mode, seamless change in resolution during media playback, Phone dialer got local business detection, redesigned Quickoffice and many more.
Please note, not all Android 4.4.2 KitKat feature yet ported to PAC-man ROM.

Another thing you should note, this is nightly build, hence expect some bugs in it. All bugs and issues expected to be fixed as development progress towards a stable PAC-man build.

This tutorial is only for AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577. Don’t try this guide on any other Android device. Also, we (Android Pulp Team) are not responsible for any damage caused due to the instruction given in this page. Try this at your own risk. However, it is very unlikely that your device will be damaged if you follow all the instructions as it is which are mentioned in procedure.
Pre Requisites:

1. ROM flashing require you to wipe your internal memory data, hence you required to backup your device data. You can follow our ultimate backup guide.

2. Make sure your device have at least 60% battery power. If your phone shut down during installation then there is good chance to brick your device.You can install an app like Battery Notifier BT Free on your Android device to check it easily.

3. You must have USB Driver Installed for AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577 in your PC. [Download USB Drivers]

4. Make sure USB Debugging is enabled otherwise its wont be possible to transfer file between PC and AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577. [Guide].

5. Your device have latest CWM version 6.0.4.4 and up or TWRP 2.6.3.1 and up installed. [General Guide]

If you done everything that we mentioned above then you are ready to follow step-by-step guide on how to install Android 4.4.2 KitKat based PAC-man ROM on AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577.

How to Install Android 4.4.2 KitKat based PAC-man ROM on AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577

Connect your device to PC using USB cable and then copy downloaded files to the SD card of your device. Important: Don’t extract any files.

Disconnect USB and then turn off your AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577.

Now, Boot into recovery mode. To do so, press and hold Volume Up, Volume Down and Power button together until Samsung logo flash twice and then leave the buttons. You should see recovery menu soon. In recovery use Volume Keys to navigate between option and Power or Home Key to select an option. Alternatively try this: Recovery Mode without Key Combination.

Perform a Nandroid backup of your existing ROM that you can restore later if this new ROM not work or you want to go back into your previous ROM. To perform a backup, select Backup and Restore, then on the next screen, select Backup again. Go back to main recovery menu after backup is complete.

Now, perform data wiping task. To do so, select wipe data/factory reset, then select Yes on next screen to confirm your action. Wait few minutes till the data wipe is complete. Now come back to CWM recovery main menu. Select wipe cache partition and after wiping process done, select Wipe Dalvik Cache under advance option to perform Dalvik cache wiping.

Select install zip from sdcard, then select choose zip from sdcard. Now, locate the PAC-man Zip file that you copied earlier in Step 1 and select it by pressing Power button. Confirm installation by selecting Yes – Install _____.zip on the next screen. The ROM installation will begin.

Once the ROM installation process end, repeat the step 6 but choose the pa_gapps-stock-4.4.2-20140207-signed.zip file instead of ROM zip to install the Google apps package.

When installation is completed, go back to the main recovery menu and select reboot system now to reboot your AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577 and boot up into Android 4.4.2 KitKat ROM PAC-man.

Returning to Previous ROM: To go back to your previous ROM, boot into recovery, select backup and restore then restore your previous ROM by selecting it from the list.

Tutorial For TWRP Recovery Users:

Connect your device to PC using USB cable and then copy downloaded files to the SD card of your device. Important: Don’t extract any files.

Disconnect USB and then turn off your AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577.

Now, Boot into recovery mode. To do so, press and hold Volume Up, Volume Down and Power button together until Samsung logo flash twice and then leave the buttons. You should see recovery menu soon. Alternatively try this: Recovery Mode without Key Combination.

Create a Backup using TWRP Backup Option.

Perform a Factory Reset (this will delete all apps and their settings and game progress). To do this, Tap on Wipe, then at the bottom of the screen do a Swipe on the ‘Swipe to factory reset‘ option.

Now its time to add zip file for flashing. Tap on Install, then browse to the location where you saved the files and tap on the PAC-man Zip file. Then tap on Add More Zips, and add pa_gapps-stock-4.4.2-20140207-signed.zip. Now at the bottom of the screen, do a swipe on the Swipe to confirm flash option to begin flashing.

When installation is completed, go back to the main recovery menu and tap on Reboot and then, tap on System to reboot your AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577 and boot up into Android 4.4.2 KitKat ROM PAC-man.

Returning to Previous ROM: To go back to your previous ROM, boot into recovery, select Backup then through Restore option, restore your previous ROM by selecting it from the list.

Congrats! Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware based custom ROM PAC-man is now running on your AT&T Samsung Exhilarate SGH-I577. Now explore the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat. [Note: If you find difficulties to run root only apps then it may be disabled. Do this then, enable developer settings first (tap the build number 8 times under about device), then enable root under Developer Settings].
